The beds were excessively firm. My room overlooked the mountains and it was noisy at night. I suspect wild animals caused the disturbance. The hallway also lacked quiet. Staff and other guests were disruptive. I found these issues detracted from relaxation.

I stayed in a beautiful family room with mountain view. It had one king bed, one queen bed, and a balcony. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast had tasty coffee, various indian and European cuisine, and fresh fruit.

The air conditioning made an loud and unpleasant noise. The noise continued even after turning it off. I also found the staff spoke very poor english, except for reception.
